The Kentucky Chapter of the APWA has approximately 173 active members, and is one of 64 chapters composing the International American Public Works Association consisting of more than 29,500 public works professionals dedicated to successfully managing public infrastructure.

The Kentucky Chapter is divided into four branches: Central (Louisville area), Bluegrass (Lexington / East Ky. area), Northern (Northern Ky. / Greater Cincinnati area), Southern (Leitchfield / Bowling Green / Owensboro / Henderson / Hopkinsville / Franklin / Paducah / Mayfield / Murray area).
