If your organization or you know of an organization that has a project in any of the categories below, use this opportunity to showcase and highlight them by submitting your project. Please submit everything by September 8th, 2025.

Recently completed Public Works Projects or projects that will be substantially complete this year are eligible. There are Project Categories and Individual/Organization Categories listed below. If you have questions or concerns about any of this information, please reach out to Joe Schepers, Rick Buster, or me.

Please do NOT send your information in a PowerPoint presentation format.  Please send your information in WORDand your photos as JPEG.

The categories are listed below and the information required on each submittal is as follows:

  1. Project information (Project Name, Category, Owner, Consultant, Contractor, etc.)
  2. Contact Person and contact information (office address, office phone number, and cell number)
  3. Brief Project description (1 -2 paragraphs)
  4. Project Cost
  5. Project time period (if project is finished – completion date)
  6. Important project details (any interesting facts about the project)
  7. A minimum of 6 project photos (before and after from the same vantage point are also helpful).
  8. Individual/organization to be engraved on plaque.
